AAEM20 Update

As AAEM continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic, we have determined that it is in the best interest of our members and attendees to cancel the 26th Annual Scientific Assembly in Phoenix, AZ, April 19-23, 2020. We understand that emergency physicians serve at the frontlines of the containment and treatment efforts and it would be irresponsible to our members and the patients they serve to take them away from their homes and work. Deposit Donations and Refunds for AAEM20

Full refunds will be issued, but may take up to 4-6 weeks to process. You may also request to donate your registration fees to LEAD-EM, AAEM PAC, or AAEM Foundation by filling out the form at the link below.

AAEM20 is FREE for members with refundable deposit
Join or renew with AAEM for 2020 to take advantage of this benefit!
Residents and students become a part of AAEM/RSA.

 

Registration Rates

Member Rates

  • AAEM Members: FREE with a $200 refundable deposit
  • RSA Members: FREE with a $100 refundable deposit

At the conclusion of AAEM20, members have the option to donate their refundable deposit to the Kevin G. Rodgers Fund of LEAD-EM or have the full amount credited back to them.

Non-Member Rates

  • Physician: $525
  • Resident: $160*
  • Medical Student (Student Free members): $140*
  • Allied Health Professionals: $300

*Residents and students will automatically be registered as AAEM/RSA members for the 2020-2021 membership year (pending eligibility).
