April 19-23, 2020 • Sheraton Phoenix Downtown • Phoenix, AZ
Small Group Clinics provide the opportunity to attend a more personal and hands-on education session at a national conference. For those who want an alternative to the PowerPointTM/lecture format, the Small Group Clinic provides a low teacher to participant ratio (1:6).
There are nine 40-minute sessions and two 20-minute sessions available concurrent with the traditional lecture sessions. Physicians and residents (medical students are not eligible to attend this session) will need to register in advance online (at no additional cost) in order to participate in the sessions that interest you.
Sign-up for a small group clinic when you register for Scientific Assembly. There is no additional cost for these sessions, however advance registration is required. A maximum of two sessions are allowed per attendee. The clinics are open to physicians and residents (medical students are not eligible to attend this session).
Participation in a small group clinic is limited to 30 registrants. Twenty of the registration slots per session will be filled in advance. The remaining 10 slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis by signing up onsite. Please see the AAEM registration desk onsite for more information.
