27th Annual Scientific Assembly

Small Group Clinic

Join us for these interactive sessions!

Small Group Clinics provide the opportunity to attend a more personal and hands-on education session at a national conference. For those who want an alternative to the PowerPointTM/lecture format, the Small Group Clinic provides a low teacher to participant ratio (1:6).

There are nine 45-minute sessions and two 30-minute sessions available concurrent with the traditional lecture sessions. Physicians and residents (medical students are not eligible to attend this session) will need to register in advance online (at no additional cost) in order to participate in the sessions that interest you.

Advance Registration

Sign-up for a small group clinic when you register for Scientific Assembly (registration opening soon). There is no additional cost for these sessions; however, advance registration is required. A maximum of two sessions are allowed per attendee. The clinics are open to physicians and residents (medical students are not eligible to attend this session).

Onsite Registration

Participation in a small group clinic is limited to 30 registrants. Twenty of the registration slots per session will be filled in advance. The remaining 10 slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis by signing up onsite. Please see the AAEM registration desk onsite for more information.

Note: Small Group Clinics will only be available to in-person attendees.
