The hotel is located in Baltimore's Inner Harbor and adjacent to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. AAEM22 meetings and events will occur within the Hilton Baltimore Hotel except where noted in the program schedule.
Sleeping rooms will be secured with a valid credit card along with a first night’s deposit, refundable up to three days in advance of check-in. Credit cards used to prepay the room deposit will be charged immediately.

Check-in time is 4:00pm EST. Check-out time is 11:00am EST.
An early departure fee of $50 will apply for attendees that check out prior to the confirmed departure date. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
Self-parking available: $35 USD daily in/out access.
The hotel allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guestroom reservations without penalty up to 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be canceled without additional penalty.
Pets are welcome with $50 non-refundable deposit. Contact the hotel for details.

App-based ride services (i.e. Lyft/Uber) provide prearranged transportation between BWI Marshall Airport and passenger-specified locations. Passengers arrange service online, typically using a smartphone app. App-based ride services pick up and drop off passengers at the terminal curbs on the Upper Level/Departures. Please see airport signage for more information.
Taxi stands are located outside of the baggage claim area on the Lower Level of the BWI Marshall Airport terminal near doors 5 and 13. Please note that this service is available from BWI Marshall Airport only. For cab service to BWI Marshall Airport, please consult your local cab company. BWI Marshall Airport taxicabs are prohibited from charging flat rates.
The Light Rail Service is provided by the Maryland Department of Transit Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA) to and from BWI Marshall Airport. The BWI Marshall Airport Light Rail Station is located immediately outside the lower level of the terminal building, adjacent to Concourse E.
Light Rail service is available to downtown Baltimore from BWI Marshall Airport. The Hilton Baltimore is located at the Camden Station/Camden Yards stop. The fare is $1.90 each way.
