MEMC22 is pleased to offer two (2) hotel options for attendees which are the official hotels for MEMC22; no other hotels are affiliated with MEMC22. We encourage you to book your hotel reservation early; rates and room types are subject to hotel availability. The hotels are located directly next door to one another.

Reservation Changes

All hotel changes must be submitted directly to the respective hotel. AAEM staff are unable to make any changes to existing hotel reservations.

Cancellation Policy

The hotels guarantee availability on the cited room types and rates until 12 September 2022, date after which availability is subject to First Come First served conditions.

• As of the 20 August 2022, the hotel reserves the right to accept bookings at a tariff higher than the agreed room rate subject to availability at the time of registration.
• Any cancellations received between time of booking and the 13 September 2022, the hotel shall charge the delegate the equivalent of 1 night.
• Any cancellations received after the 14 September 2022 shall be charged the equivalent of the total value of the booking. 
• Any no shows shall be charged to the equivalent of the total value of the booking.
