Poster number and schedule notifications were sent on 29 July, to the 'presenter'

Poster notifications, which included the poster number, session and date assignments to present, were sent to the 'presenter'. If you did not receive the email notification, please email Leah Skogman.

Assigned poster session and times are subject to change.

Poster Presenter

One author or colleague must be present at your poster during the assigned poster session time to explain your research and answer questions from viewers. The presenting author or colleague must plan to attend the Congress in full as poster assignments will not be rescheduled in order to accommodate personal travel plans. Posters displayed on a day or on a board to which it is not assigned will be removed without prior notice.

Please email Leah Skogman by Friday, 15 July only if you need towithdraw your abstract; otherwise you will receive your abstract number assignment on/by Monday, 1 August

Registration and Housing

AAEM and MAEM do not have funds to provide financial support or offer scholarships. You are responsible for your own travel, transportation, lodging or other expenses to present your abstract. Please keep the following in mind in preparation for travel to the Congress:

1. Register for MEMC22
   An author or colleague must register for the Congress in order to present. Early-bird registration rates are available until 22 August 2022, 11:59pm, CDT. Don't miss out - take advantage and save. Register NOW!
2. Book Your Hotel
   For information on hotel options and to make your hotel reservation, please visit the housing webpage.

Poster Criteria

1. All posters must be printed in vertical orientation ("portrait" orientation).
2. Posters must fit within the size allotment of the poster display boards. The dimensions of your poster should be no larger than 2.50 ft (wide) x 7.0 ft (height). Example available, here.
3. Please print poster text large enough to be easily read at a distance of approximately 1.5 meters (5 feet).
4. All posters must be printed and presented in English.

Onsite Printing Option

If you do not want to travel with your poster, you may take advantage of onsite printing.

• Please submit file(s) to redboxmt@gmail.com no later than Friday, 9 September 2022.
• File(s) should be submitted in PDF format, only. Please include in your email subject heading: "MEMC22 Poster Printing Order Request", for easy reference.
• Artwork must be submitted in high resolution, actual size and 150 dpi.
• Pricing will vary based on final order request (average cost: €20 - €75, excludes 18% VAT).

Poster judges will be conducting ‘Poster Walk-Arounds” by visiting the top reviewer scored posters in order to determine who will be awarded top poster!
