AAEM CME Application

The CME planning process is based on criteria of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and the AAEM CME Mission Statement. The completed CME application will be forwarded to the AAEM ACCME Subcommittee for review and approval. The deadline for completion of this form is 4 months prior to the date of the activity. For more information on the ACCME criteria, refer to the ACCME Accreditation Rules.

Please note, there is $2,500 CME application fee for any non-AAEM or AAEM/RSA entity. The application fee is waived for AAEM, AAEM/RSA, or on behalf of an AAEM or AAEM/RSA chapter, section, committee, interest group or task force.
